7:45-8:30pm Footwork and Ladies Styling Isolations from head to toe with an all over body stretch. Learn how to control your body to create and develop fluidity in your dancing. Learn balance and technique for solo and partner work.

8:30-9:15pm Body Movement: Isolations & Body Rolls

New choreography each week. Tips to developing your own dance style through technique/control. Watch your confidence on the dance floor grow. Learn head whips, body rolls, hand placement...

Each class is $10. All ages and all levels welcome, no partner necessary.

Ladies, please dress comfortably: gym attire preferred, dance heels or jazz shoes suggested
