What is Salsa Aerobics?
Salsa Aerobics is a high energy dance workout class. "90 minutes of pute and intese workout to Latin rhythms, Salsa Aerobics delivers a whole-body, beat-driven workout, as well as provides great body isolation exercises, to help you loosen up in the body and experience the freedom of moving; performed to rhythms such as Afro-Cuban, Salsa, Merengue and Reggaeton.
