On Friday, February 27th, Landmark features the queen of classic jazz and blues dance bands, Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers and on Saturday, February 28th, check out one of the most joyful and dynamic salsa dance bands, Ricardo Lemvo & Makina Loca.  To add to already extraordinary nights, try your luck in our Tea Room Casino featuring craps, roulett and blackjack tables.  For those who like to dance, you will not find a better dance floor (3,000 sqft of "sprung" dance floor).  So join us for this opportunity to dress to the 9's, dance all night, enjoy two of the best music acts on the west coast, all wrapped up for you in the majestic 1920's Landmark Ballroom!

Friday, February 27th, Lavay Smith & Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers – With Special Guests DJ Tanoa "Samoa Boy" One of the top Swingin' Jazz and Blues bands in teh world.  Sultry chanteuse Lavay Smith evokes a sensuous era of jazz queens and sexy pinups and adds her own modern twist.  Whether singing her own compositions or drawing on a large repertoire of classics, Lavay and her all-star band bake up an instant recipe for dancing and good times.

Saturday, February 28th – Ricardo Lemvo & Mekina Loca - Their infectious fusion of Latin and African Music has been hailed as the future of African Salsa.   Lemvo has established himself as a pioneer with his innovative music, combining Latin and African elements from salsa to soukous.  Since forming his band, Lemvo has refined his craft and vision, raising his joyous voice with strength, singing songs that celebrate life, and most importantly, inspiring his audiences to let loose and dance away their worries.
